What is the procedure of getting your device repaired?

    

The repair procedure is pretty much straightforward. You have two options here:

 

Option 1. Walk in

If you are local to us, you can simply ring us to make an appointment, then bring your device to our business place for repair. You can choose either paying online before coming, or paying at our business place after repair is completed.  Most repairs can be completed within 30 minutes, you can wait while we fix it. We have ample parking space here.

 

Option 2. Mail in

Alternatively you can post the device to us for repair - that's the way most of our customers use. You can do so in 3 easy steps.

Step one. You place order online.

Step two. You send us the device with a note telling us the order reference number, your name, address, and preferably your contact number. It is recommended to post your device using a traceable delivery service.

Step three. You can leave the rest to us. Our highly skilled technicians will check and mend your device in a timely manner, and post it back to you in couple of days.
